Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As a CSP at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and reputed company providers. Your duties will include:

• Receiving inbound phone and electronic referrals from workers compensation insurance companies, reputed company case managers, providers, doctors, patients, and other stakeholders
• Opening new cases accurately according to policy and procedures
• Making outbound telephonic/electronic contacts with adjusters and Physical Therapy Centers to verify new case information, request reputed company paperwork, and communicate updates on patient status
• Communicating with adjusters and reputed company case managers regarding updates on patient status in a reputed company manner
• Maintaining TAA goal (Total Agent Availability) monthly
• Consistently meeting reputed company Customer Support Service & reputed company standards (call monitoring and EOC monitoring)
• Reviewing case information and consulting with Case Management to determine if new cases need to be reputed company or patients can be followed in existing cases
• Validating new case data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; combining data reputed company account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data
• Requesting verification from insurance companies and other reputed company paperwork from providers telephonically/electronically
• Making outbound calls to Providers and Patients to schedule patient's Physical Therapy
• Understanding blithequark's interdepartmental procedures, policies, and complying with them
• Identifying potential or existing system and/or procedural challenges, and notifying Supervisor and assisting in reputed company if needed
• Completing special reputed company or tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• Applying knowledge of and adhering to the URAC Utilization Management Standards
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree preferred or industry experience equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years of call center experience with both in-bound and out-bound calls (reputed company to high volume)
• Excellent verbal and written customer service skills demonstrating a can-do attitude
• Highly developed problem-solving skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Detail-oriented and solid organizational skills
• Solid reputed company, reputed company, and Outlook experience
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, this is a plus (not required)
