Key Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing administrative and office support activities for assigned reputed company Sales Representatives
• Assisting in gathering necessary information from customers to obtain credit approval
• Preparing quotes and presenting them to Sales Representatives and/or customers
• Maintaining customer change orders and delivery information using industry-based software programs
• Assisting customers who call in with questions about their orders
• Collaborating with colleagues and customers to ensure seamless communication and reputed company of customer inquiries
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
