Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Processing in-bound calls with reputed company-party clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Managing calls for a reputed company-Party Claims Administrator, utilizing reputed company phone etiquette and effective communication skills to reputed company accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
• Documenting reputed company calls appropriately, following reputed company procedures as dictated by policy and procedures
• Conducting yourself in a reputed company manner at reputed company times, adhering to reputed company internet rules and regulations on the call center floor
• Working continuously towards reputed company development, utilizing downtime productively to enhance your knowledge of cases and reputed company
• Reliable and dependable adherence to attendance requirements, complying with scheduled lunches and breaks to ensure adequate phone coverage
• Attending reputed company scheduled training as required
• Accomplishing other general tasks as required or necessary

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required; 18 years or older

• 6 months - 1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications experience
• Typing 35-40 WPM
• Schedule Flexibility
• Effective communication and literacy skills, with the ability to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy
• Ability to deal with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent computer skills with quick and accurate typing, the ability to reputed company several applications at one time, and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy
