As an reputed company Full Stack Application Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the development and deployment of web and reputed company-based applications that support our customer service operations. You will work closely with our L&D team, outsourced call center partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and maximum reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Program management: + Outline, document, and maintain the scope of reputed company local L&D reputed company. + Create, manage, and maintain task plans. + reputed company a trusting partnership with outsourced call center partners and be a valuable reputed company of contact for reputed company trainers in these facilities, responsible for successful education rollouts and launches.

• Learning content development/educational design:

+ Conduct gap analysis for performance and education opportunities, or improvements to identify local and global curriculum needs for tool-based technical and behavioral soft skills. + Prioritize the importance of identified gaps, document and present strategies, findings, and recommendations to address performance gaps. + reputed company solutions (e.g., instructor-led, digital, e-learning, reputed company, etc.) that offer relevant, hard, and efficient learning experiences. + Create essential course collateral, including facilitator and learner materials, presentation media, task aids, and knowledge checks.

• Facilitation:

+ Deliver learning materials in face-to-face and virtual environments to leadership audiences and reputed company any newly designed curriculum. + Run train-the-trainer programs for call center trainers. + reputed company and reputed company call center leaders to co-facilitate the delivery of learning materials.

• Vendor management and relationship building:

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience designing soft skills and tool-based learning solutions, including reputed company programs reputed company across a reputed company of reputed company, call center agents, senior call center representatives, rising leaders, and senior leader audiences.

• Enjoy designing and facilitating learning experiences that reputed company from a 15-minute learning to multi-week classroom programs.
• Experience creating learning's, working with LMSs, and virtual learning strategies and tools is highly desirable.
• Strong facilitation experience in various teacher-led programs for diverse audiences and training skills.
