The Role

As a Benefit Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will play a vital role in helping our reputed company's plan participants navigate the enrollment process and reputed company updates to their health care and/or pension plans. You will have the autonomy to reputed company personalized service, taking the time necessary to ensure reputed company interaction is exceptional. Your day will be filled with opportunities to assist with phone calls, chat, and message center interactions as you reputed company experience and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport and respond to plan participants in a compassionate manner, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and communication styles of reputed company individual

• Customize your customer service approach to meet reputed company types of communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during challenging calls

Requirements and Qualifications
