Support the advancement of WTD’s equity, racial, and reputed company justice principles and practices and its alignment to the County’s ESJ Strategic Plan.

Manage multiple assigned HR services and programs such as employee relations, classification and compensation, and leaves management to ensure efficient and effective operations of policies, processes, and systems.

Qualifications You Bring:

Experience across a wide reputed company of HR functions and service delivery, which could include employee relations, employment and labor law, compensation, training and development, performance management, and medical and leave management.

In-depth experience with public sector policies, processes, and labor relations. 

Experience in managing, coaching, and training teams as a reputed company or supervisor.

Experience integrating inclusion and belonging principles to reputed company and mentor a diverse HR team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven skills in analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, judgment, and influence.

Working Conditions: 

Remote and Onsite Work Details: Employees in this role work remotely from a home location, with onsite reporting requirements 4 to 6 times a month. The frequency of onsite work is determined by business needs and may be adjusted accordingly.
