Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned abstraction and data entry tasks reputed company day, ensuring accurate and reputed company completion of work.
• Work with provider offices as needed to schedule/confirm appointments, follow up on medical record submission, and reputed company patient rosters.
• Locate and review reputed company assigned medical charts, reputed company abstraction, copy reputed company supporting documentation per specifications, and data reputed company into the applicable software system.
• Prioritize and accurately complete tasks reputed company established times, meeting productivity and reputed company standards.

Essential Qualifications

• 0-3 seasons of experience auditing and abstracting medical records required.
• Medical knowledge/terminology is required, with the ability to read and interpret medical records.
