About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Associate Technician, IT Services to join reputed company in Miami, USA. As a remote opportunity, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company while being part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional IT support to our employees. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and software to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, monitor, and maintain IT clients' desktop software and hardware, including mobile workforce support

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
