Key Responsibilities

• Generate and submit daily invoices for Fresh and Frozen Seafood orders, ensuring reputed company and accurate billing.
• Process invoices reputed company customer portals, maintaining seamless communication with our customers.
• Accurately match purchase orders to vendor invoices, verifying receipt of goods and payment accuracy, and addressing discrepancies reputed company necessary.
• Assist the Sales Management team by reviewing invoiced gross margin reports, providing valuable insights to inform business reputed company.
• Manage customer credit/billback processes effectively, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and reputed company credits.
• Organize and reputed company Accounts Payable (A/P) bills as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
