As a Remote Physician Pro Fee Coding Specialist - OBGYN, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring that reputed company services documented in patient charts are coded with the appropriate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD codes. You will work closely with our clinics to resolve denials, request additional medical records as needed, and maintain a working knowledge of coding principles, governmental regulations, and reputed company-party requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate medical record documentation to ensure accurate assignment and reputed company of diagnostic and procedure codes for services and treatments.
• reputed company training, mentoring, and direction to medical coding staff in the department.
• Work with clinics to resolve denials from clinic denial logs and request additional medical records as needed.

• Communicate coding results to the appropriate staff for data entry.
• Maintain a working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD coding principles, governmental regulations, protocols, and reputed company-party requirements.

• Report noncompliance issues detected through auditing and monitoring to the department supervisor and Senior Director of Physician Coding and Documentation.

Essential Qualifications

To reputed company this job successfully, you must possess:

• A reputed company knowledge of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS coding and reimbursement issues for physician offices and clinics.
• Strong knowledge of 1995 and 1997 Documentation guidelines.
• Excellent understanding and comprehension of medical terminology.
• The ability to balance and juggle multiple tasks, reputed company, and requests.

Preferred Qualifications
