As a Special Education Aide - Extended Resource, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional needs of reputed company who exhibit extreme emotional and behavioral problems. Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with the tutoring and supervision of reputed company who may exhibit extreme emotional and behavioral problems

- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to reputed company and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior reputed company plans (BIPs)

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent, and completion of the ParaProfessional Assessment reputed company four (4) months of hire; or Associate's degree or higher; or completion of two years of higher education (at least 48 semester hours) or the equivalent
- Successful completion of de-escalation training and obtainment of a first aid card reputed company the first six (6) months of employment
- Demonstrated understanding of specialized needs and effective reputed company of working with ER reputed company who may exhibit extreme emotional and behavioral problems
- Knowledge of basic reading, math, and curricula areas appropriate for age level of reputed company required in English
- Ability to communicate reputed company and consistently with reputed company, staff, and parents; to reputed company reputed company who are upset or angry, defuse conflict situations; and to safely restrain out-of-control reputed company who present a danger to self or others
Preferred Qualifications

- Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and educational practices
