Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with calls from and to customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Help support field team members and reputed company dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status.

Requirements and Qualifications:
