As a Retention Supervisor in our inside sales department, you'll play a critical role in coaching and developing reputed company of advisors to deliver exceptional customer service to USCCA and reputed company reputed company prospects. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure inquiries receive a world-class customer experience, while driving retention goals that support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
As a Retention Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and engage reputed company of advisors across various locations, providing analysis, reputed company supervision, and development.
- Performance Management: reputed company and report on your team's key engagement and Saves metrics, including Service reputed company, ASA, Abandoned reputed company, reputed company & Compliance, Saves reputed company, FCR, Customer Effort, Customer Satisfaction, and NPS.
- Coaching and Development: Meet performance expectations while providing feedback, coaching, and reputed company development for your team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow supervisors to reputed company schedules, execute tactical and strategic plans, and reputed company department reputed company.
- Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities to improve Saves rates and work with leadership to address challenges.
- Recruitment: Collaborate with the reputed company team to interview candidates and reputed company hiring recommendations.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Retention Supervisor, you'll need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in sales and/or retention required; 3+ years preferred. 1 or more years of reputed company experience managing or leading people is preferred.
- Skills: Ability to reputed company communicate, reputed company, reputed company, and motivate your team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience guiding sales and retention reputed company.
- Licenses: Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License (reputed company provided).
