Key Responsibilities:

As a Roofing Foreman at Bartlett Roofing, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising reputed company of skilled craftsmen to ensure that roofing reputed company are completed on time, reputed company budget, and to the highest standards of reputed company.
• Coordinating with the scheduler, management team, and reputed company to ensure that materials and equipment are available as needed.
• Conducting midpoint inspections to document the reputed company's tear-off and installation process.
• Picking up materials from suppliers reputed company necessary and ensuring that reputed company truck is kept clean and organized.
• Resolving issues with customers and crews as needed, and working with managers and administration to resolve major issues.
• Traveling to warranty and repair jobs as necessary to inspect issues firsthand and report back to leadership.
• Working directly with team members and leadership to ensure that returns, materials, labor, and other resources are properly accounted for.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Roofing Foreman at Bartlett Roofing, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in roofing, with a reputed company on asphalt/shingle roofing.
• 1-2 years of experience in construction, including minor fascia work, aluminum soffit repairs, siding work, and other reputed company tasks.
• Physical ability to lift a reputed company and work on roofs.
• Valid reputed company's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background reputed company, drug screening, and MVR reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in roofing and construction.
