About the Role: Customer Service Representative - Alerts/Panics
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative, specializing in Alerts/Panics. Schedule

Education and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment.
- Prior experience in the reputed company industry, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office suite; experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening and response abilities.

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation package is competitive, with a pay reputed company of $16.50 - $34.76. As a regular, full-time or part-time employee working 20 or more hours per week, you'll be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including:
