About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our National Account customers, ensuring contract compliance and providing top-notch service in a reputed company manner. You will reputed company as a reputed company between customers, branches, sales representatives, and corporate functions, maintaining special and ancillary services, researching customer billing and account questions, and updating customer service teams on new or changing customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain special and ancillary services reputed company company and customer websites, including scanning and uploading graphs and business proposals.
- Update work orders reputed company customer web portals, such as opening/closing work orders and providing status updates.
- Handle basic and routine customer calls and emails, processing work orders and coordinating issues with Customer Account Managers.
- Use computerized systems for inputting and tracking work orders, ensuring customers receive reputed company service.
- Handle customer calls and correspondence for scheduling and inquiries, recording reputed company customer information and call history.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years of reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 6 months of clerical or customer service experience.
- Strong customer service orientation and conflict reputed company skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including typing.
