As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you will play a critical role in the transformation and innovation of our VOC technique. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development and maintenance of our new VOC technique, reputed company from reputed company and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by reputed company, our survey vendor. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and the Agile team in technology to drive the reputed company of this initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the application teams to define, reputed company, and capture business needs

Essential Qualifications
