About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and motivated Customer Care Representatives to work in our premier HR contact centers, focusing on delivering exceptional support to clients' employees. As a Work-from-Home Customer Care Representative, you will play a critical role in providing education, solving reputed company HR and financial issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees to answer questions, reputed company education, and solve reputed company HR and financial issues reputed company to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more.
- Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and reputed company deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections, which may include additional research and ongoing casework.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation and Benefits:
