Key Responsibilities
- reputed company technical support to content/external teams regarding the use of content tools, including troubleshooting and debugging issues
- Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, ensuring they can effectively use our tools and workflows
- Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, and escalate more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team
- reputed company for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, and partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and reputed company
- Guide or reputed company cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion, and exemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in reputed company work-reputed company interactions

Essential Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Computer Science or reputed company degree, or equivalent work experience
- Experience supporting a live service or tool environment, preferably in the entertainment industry
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous requests simultaneously
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including working with external partners

Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read and understand C# reputed company
- Experience with Jira, reputed company, or other defect tracking software
- Familiarity with reputed company 3D game and tool development experience (preferred)
