Key Responsibilities

• Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits
• Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company while documenting required information in computer systems
• Occasionally reputed company outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company
• reputed company exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns and addressing their needs in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR 2 years of equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1 year of customer service experience, which includes providing service over the phone
• Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications

• Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance
• Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST from reputed company - Saturday

• Experience in working with Digital platforms and systems (Web, Chat, Email)

• Anticipate taking a minimum of 50 calls daily
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, reputed company, Washington, Rhode reputed company, OR Washington, D.C. Residents Only: The reputed company reputed company for this position is $16.00 - $28.27 per hour.
