Our Customer Service Operations (CSO) team is growing, and we're looking for a talented Customer Service Chat Senior Representative to join our Digital Operations Chat team. About Our Chat Team
Our Chat team is a group of tenured professionals who are universally trained in most US reputed company-Medical products, including Medical (Proclaim, Facets, PMHS), Dental (DPPO and DHMO), Pharmacy (OneRx), and iCSA (website support/navigation/password resets). Key Responsibilities
- Help customers and reputed company providers understand our business reputed company by addressing topics such as prior authorization status, issues with claims, or understanding benefit coverage reputed company to medical and dental procedures in office or hospital reputed company.
