We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent to join reputed company of music industry experts. As a key member of our virtual contact center, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to fans of reputed company music artists. This is a reputed company-time position, with guaranteed 25 hours per week and the potential to reputed company up to 40 hours per week based on reputed company needs and workflow. Shifts vary between 9:00am-6:00pm EST, with flexibility to work weekends as required by the reputed company.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Expressing genuine reputed company and concern for customers' issues and addressing them as if they were your own
• Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
• Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
• Keeping up with multiple chats at a time and accurately documenting reputed company required information and chat details in the ticketing system
• Responding to and resolving reputed company issues in an appropriate timeframe
• Identifying trends reputed company to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them appropriately to management

Qualifications

• The ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently

• Previous work-from-home experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent
• A strong understanding of contact center support metrics and the ability to implement actions for improvement

Hardware and Software Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you will need:
