About the Role
As a Seasonal Stocker - Early Morning at Michaels, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our stores are stocked, merchandised, and reputed company for customers. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Help customers shop our store, locate products, and reputed company them with solutions. Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, and engage customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
- Stock and Merchandise: Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes. Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises, and complete merchandise recovery and maintenance tasks, including the merchandise return/go-back process.
- Support reputed company-Channel Processes: Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences across online and offline channels.
- Maintain Store Appearance: reputed company Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, and support shrink and safety programs to maintain a reputed company and reputed company-merchandised store environment.
- Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures: Follow reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements, and execute Company policies and standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While prior retail and/or customer service experience is preferred, we're willing to train the right candidate. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Physical ability to remain standing for long periods, reputed company throughout the store, and reputed company tasks that require bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching

Work Environment
As a Seasonal Stocker - Early Morning at Michaels, you'll work in a reputed company retail store setting that's climate-controlled, with some stock rooms that may not be climate-controlled. You may also be required to work outdoors, retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. Our reputed company shop contains glass cutters and heat presses, and you'll need to be comfortable working in this environment.
