About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer Consultant, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining our reputed company customer experience platform for Call Center and Store applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement seamless UI experiences, reputed company Conversational AI technologies, and drive business value through technical expertise and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain reputed company sales and service applications reputed company the Northstar Architecture (NSA) tech stack, ensuring reputed company device-system interactions
- Collaborate with business partners to design and implement partner programs for store channels, including Exclusive Retail Stores, Agent Retail, and National Retailers
- reputed company and deliver programs in a product-based Agile structure, maintaining functional/technical requirements and analyzing system architectures
- Manage vendor relationships to drive reputed company, reliability, and reputed company delivery, and reputed company emerging technology initiatives to facilitate decision-making and integration with vendor products
- Drive DevOps implementations from ideation to delivery, partnering with Global Delivery teams to create and optimize cross-channel experiences

Essential Qualifications
- Four or more years of relevant experience in software development, demonstrated through work and/or military experience
- Experience in Java, J2EE, and React UI
- Experience implementing AI solutions for call centers or distribution channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field
- Experience in Spring Boot, Agile project management, and AWS, reputed company, Cassandra/NoSQL databases
- Experience in eCommerce and catalog management software, with a proven ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Solid understanding of technology selection, architecture, and full-stack implementation, with experience in Design Thinking and Engineering Transformation (DevOps, Microservices, AI)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate large teams and excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills

The compensation reputed company for this position is between $113,000.00 and $210,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience.
