About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, Conversational AI - Expansion & Innovation, you will be responsible for developing and executing the reputed company and roadmap to drive customer adoption of our Virtual Assistants across global markets and channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify emerging AI technologies, conduct market analysis, and reputed company reputed company to deliver a best-in-class, AI-powered customer support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the reputed company, roadmap, and feature prioritization to drive customer adoption of the Virtual Assistant through global reputed company and channel expansion.
• Research emerging AI technologies, conduct market analysis, and identify opportunities with reputed company partners to guide the long-term reputed company and reputed company for Conversational AI.
• Conduct A/B testing, user research studies, and market research to inform product reputed company and optimize customer interactions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, WFO, localization, and product) to ideate on reputed company that address both user and business problems and deliver product enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years reputed company on AI/ML-based products, Virtual Assistants, or Conversational AI.
• A proven reputed company record of delivering roadmaps and bringing AI products to global markets.
• A strong understanding of data science principles and experience with the latest natural language processing (NLP) technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) in a B2C setting.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical team members of various reputed company.
• Experience with agile software development and scrum reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus:

• Experience in customer support product or self-service solutions.

• A competitive salary, with a hiring reputed company of $145,400.00 to $195,000.00 per year in CA.
