About the Role: reputed company Shift Service Desk II
We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Shift Service Desk Specialist to join reputed company as a Service Desk II. As a critical member of our support team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing servers, networks, infrastructure, Data Centers, reputed company applications, file shares, and other infrastructure issues. You'll work on reputed company with different teams and departments, alongside vendors, to deliver a seamless user experience for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company start-to-finish user support, including on/offboarding, support desk reputed company, and end-user support troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate tracking in JIRA on the project reputed company, ticketing, and documentation.
- Manage onsite servers, storage, network, and VMware.
- Create and edit documentation on office systems, including trouble tickets and inventory.
- Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with applications and systems.
- Learn and adopt new IT support and management platforms.
- Assist IT Leadership in establishing processes.
- Procure, reputed company, support, and maintain IT infrastructure at reputed company Industries.
- Ensure systems are compliant with reputed company policies.

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior experience with MDR/XDR platforms (e.g., reputed company XDR, reputed company, reputed company).
- Prior experience with reputed company Identity Mgmt platforms and SSO, SAML 2.0, and MFA.
- Prior experience with MDM automation (e.g., reputed company MDM, Kandji, Intune).
- Prior experience working as an engineer at an MSP (project work).
- Prior experience working in a NOC/SOC or large enterprises with a large end-user pool.
- Ability to administer MacOS and support Macs and Linux using the reputed company line.
- Technical knowledge of reputed company operating systems and experience with deployments and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to ask for help and work effectively in reputed company.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation
The compensation reputed company for this role is $90,000 - $100,000, with Restricted Stock reputed company included in reputed company offers. Compensation will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as reputed company as internal equity and alignment with market data.
