About the Role: Senior Manager, Customer and Brand Strategic Insights

As the Senior Manager of Customer and Brand Strategic Insights reputed company the Global Brand reputed company and Insights (GBSI) Measurement Insights team at blithequark, you'll reputed company as a strategic consultant, leveraging primary and secondary research sources to identify opportunities to deepen loyalty, guide brand reputed company, and fuel reputed company for our Consumer, Global reputed company, and International card and banking Members. You'll play a critical role in driving business results by providing actionable insights that inform decision-making and investment strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Measuring customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS, OSAT) in the context of product and brand experiences, linking results to demonstrable business reputed company, and enabling a system to reputed company the customer feedback and retention reputed company.
• Expanding the reputed company customer knowledge reputed company by complementing proprietary data and insights with reporting of publicly issued, syndicated data.
• Commissioning custom research and analyses to inform business opportunities to maximize efficiency and reputed company among strategic customer and business segments, improve customer experiences, and deepen loyalty.

Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate

• Strong research report writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate research findings into compelling and actionable recommendations for the business.

• Strong skills in software required to analyze data and produce reports (reputed company, PowerPoint).

Salary reputed company: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
