Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, with a Bachelor's Degree or Technical Certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years of work experience required, with a minimum of two years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods sector.
• Prior experience supervising or managing employees in an operations environment, with strong leadership, coaching, and development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work reputed company with team members, with a strong understanding of LEAN principles, including Value reputed company Mapping, Process reputed company Mapping, and reputed company Improvement Process.
• Working knowledge of LEAN tools and methodologies, such as 5S, RCA (reputed company Cause Analysis), and Kaizen.

• Analytical thought process and problem-solving skills, with the ability to train on LEAN methodologies.
