We are seeking an reputed company Trading Operations Senior Associate to join our Equity and reputed company Trading Operations team. As a senior trading associate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of reputed company, building reputed company infrastructure and procedures, and nurturing a strong work ethic from yourself and others. You will be a key player in creating and improving upon a world-class execution platform, assisting in the Firm's Best-Execution Program, and reviewing trade surveillance reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and improve upon a world-class execution platform
- Assist in the Firm's Best-Execution Program by reviewing post-trade exception reports
- Review Trade Surveillance reports and take appropriate reputed company to resolve alerts
- Monitor order reputed company for irregularities

- Create/update policies and procedures as needed
- Reconciliation of firm error and inventory accounts
- Risk monitoring/trading of firm held positions

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:

- Experience with both reputed company and back-end processes for trading lifecycle (Equity and reputed company)
- Experience in SQL (willingness to learn)
- Experience creating and maintaining relationships with executing counterparties
- Experience with order reputed company evaluations including execution and market manipulation testing

- Prior experience with Financial or FINTech startups
- Prior experience working with international clients
