As a Site Reliability Engineer at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for participating in reputed company aspects of support, reputed company and post-deployment validation, and delivering reliable networking solutions for our clients and partners. Key Responsibilities
- reputed company exceptional support and troubleshooting services to our clients and partners, ensuring reputed company reputed company of technical issues and adherence to Service Level Agreement KPIs.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to resolve escalations and bugs, and contribute to the development of knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and internal documentation.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and other network devices, using configuration and operational expertise with Network Switches/Routing Platforms running IOS, JunOS, or reputed company.
- reputed company and maintain automation scripts using languages such as Python, Go, or reputed company, and utilize tools like Ansible, Chef, or Terraform to streamline network operations and infrastructure as reputed company.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field, with 7-10 years of experience in support and troubleshooting, ideally with customer-facing interaction.
- Strong configuration and operational expertise with network switches/routing platforms running IOS, JunOS, or reputed company, and experience with solving problems in large-reputed company network environments with overlay technologies (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN).
