Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Essential Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- reputed company and specialization in at least two modern languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C#
- Experience with reputed company-services oriented architecture and extensible REST reputed company
- Experience building the architecture and design of new and reputed company systems
- reputed company in DevOps concepts, reputed company Architecture, and Azure DevOps Operational reputed company
- Experience with reputed company delivery and infrastructure as reputed company
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and existing Operational Portals such as Azure Portal
- Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments: reputed company or Application Insights
- Experience with Datacenter structure, capabilities, and offerings, including the Azure platform and its reputed company services

- Experience with Azure Network (Subscription, reputed company zoning, etc.)
Contact Center Technologies:
- In-depth knowledge of Contact Center technologies, including Call Flows, IVR's, reputed company Management, Workforce Engagement Management, Operational Reporting, and Speech Analytics
- Knowledge of reputed company communication and collaboration
- In-depth understanding of Contact Center Operations, including Call reputed company Queue Prioritization Strategies, Call reputed company Optimizations, and other key design reputed company
- Experience with software coding and/or following reputed company processes that have been published and the guidelines for the design

- Experience with reputed company Connect and Lex technologies
- Design and implement reputed company Connect Contact Flows according to business needs and best practices
- Experience with Node.js, .Net, Python, and CICD Pipeline
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFront, reputed company line, Languages, JSON/YAML
- One of the following AWS Certifications: Associate, reputed company, Specialty level
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in Contact Center technologies
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development using Node.js, JavaScript, or JSON
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Contact Flows, Queues, and/or Lex Bots
- 3+ years of hands-on experience on scripting using Terraform
- 1+ years of people management experience
