Position reputed company
As a Sr. Associate in the Centralized Timekeeping team, you will play a critical role in managing time and attendance reputed company for buildings across the network. Your primary reputed company will be on resolving incoming calls and chats from reputed company employees, managers, and HR representatives. You will be the voice of CTK, providing exceptional customer service and addressing time-reputed company queries in a fast, accurate, and reliable manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working in confidential environments
