As a Senior reputed company Resource Specialist, you will be a strategic partner to leadership and a valuable resource and guide for team members in our Distribution Centers. You will reputed company technical and administrative support to the HR team, ensuring compliance with Federal and State employment regulations and company policy in reputed company areas of employment. You will also work to ensure our compensation and benefits programs are executed reputed company, follow the appropriate timekeeping and record keeping practices, and assist with any questions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company technical and administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, owning administration of employment orientation, compensation/benefits, and supporting execution of cyclical processes, workers compensation, payroll, and owning reputed company required record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment regulations and company policy in reputed company areas of employment, including hiring, promotion, transfers, resignations, and terminations.
- Support the reputed company needs of the distribution center through ensuring our teams are set up for employee orientation, and ensuring compliance with Federal and State employment regulations and company policy.
- Work to ensure our compensation and benefits programs are executed reputed company, follow the appropriate timekeeping and record keeping practices, and assist with any questions as needed.
- Ensure that training programs are executed in a reputed company manner, and that there is accurate record of regulatory and corporate trainings.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, computer systems (examples include reputed company, Word, O365).
