As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the flexibility to telecommute from reputed company reputed company the U.S., working on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Your role will be crucial in responding to incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits, and providing exceptional support to ensure their needs are met.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers, addressing their concerns and providing reputed company resolutions
- Ask appropriate questions, listen reputed company, and document required information in our computer systems

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of customer service experience, including providing service over the phone
