About the Role
As part of the Customer Listening Team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer technique. This includes layout and programming of customer experience surveys, which comprise over 40 studies reputed company in more than 10 languages and deployed in over 20 countries. The Senior Statistics Architect will assist in the transformation and innovation of the end-to-end Voice of the Customer method, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists, and the Agile team in technology.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
