About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Gear Engineer to support our reputed company across reputed company disciplines. In this role, you'll work closely with our artwork, layout, and engineering reputed company to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges in our development process. You'll collaborate with reputed company to generate candidate solutions, weigh trade-offs, and implement selected solutions that multiply our efforts and enhance reputed company performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our development technique across multiple disciplines.

- Build and guide custom asset pipelines to streamline our development process.
- Grow Blithequark's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
