We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-reputed company First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Representative to join reputed company. As an FNOL Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch inbound communication services while recording FNOL claims used to report damage to our clients' property. If you're comfortable receiving inbound calls, positively interacting with customers, and working in a remote environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL and communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database.
- Report underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable and reputed company outstanding service to customer representatives.
- Analyze photos and map the correct location, ensuring accurate and efficient claim processing.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free, and fully competent with reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches.

Experience:
