- Handle a high volume of calls, speaking with 40-50 callers daily, and potentially qualifying 1-5 callers for compensation.
- Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and navigating multiple reputed company simultaneously.

- Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts as needed.

Hours of Operation:
We offer a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling reputed company:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern.
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
