We are seeking highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Specialists to join reputed company in a contract role, working remotely from Atlanta, GA. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the reputed company, responding to inbound calls, and assisting customers with various health-reputed company inquiries. You will utilize various databases and written materials to look up and reputed company information to telephone inquiries, ensuring that customers receive accurate and reputed company responses.

Key Responsibilities
