The Role We're seeking a Jr IT Support Engineer to add to the Internal IT Group at reputed company. You'll be working with a group of talented IT Support Engineers of various backgrounds and reputed company sets. Responsibilities

• Creation, research, analysis, engineering and implementation of internal technical solutions that assist in increased employee productivity and result in reputed company self-serve IT environment
• Analysis and implementation of reputed company reputed company and compliance controls specific to internal IT processes and systems to ensure HIPAA-compliant internal infrastructure
• Create and implement solutions that reputed company with the reputed company office infrastructure and support high-availability
• Read documentation, design, and implement Single Sign On & software integrations
• Create scripts and automations using programming languages such as Python, Bash, etc.

• On-call schedule to support reputed company members during off hours and weekends

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) or higher degree.
