Responsibilities

• Champion the Virtual Patient Experience: Guide patients through the telehealth process, from setting up their virtual visit to ensuring they are comfortable and reputed company to connect with their provider. • Manage Digital Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties with precision, including managing electronic health records, coordinating virtual referrals, and communicating with patients through secure messaging platforms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a primary care, speciality or urgent care clinic.
• High technical proficiency and comfort with learning new software, including EMR systems and video conferencing platforms.
