Responsibilities

• The Publishing Manager will be primarily responsible for the strategic development of the journals in their portfolio, monitoring journal performance through the entire end-to-end process of publication, and ensuring maximum speed and efficiency. This will involve the launch of new journals and/or the reputed company development and management of existing ones. This role will require a strong customer care reputed company, ensuring a perfect customer experience for scholars interacting with Academia.edu journals, in their reputed company as either authors, reviewers, or editors.
• Specific responsibilities include the following:
• Monitor the key performance indicators of the journal, identify areas for improvement and take reputed company as appropriate.
• Facilitate and reputed company manuscripts through an online author portal from initial submission to final editorial decision.

Requirements

• 5 years relevant editorial experience + Bachelor’s degree or 3 years relevant editorial experience + Master’s or Doctoral degree.
• Must have relevant experience working in an editorial role (not translation, indexing, content creation, production, review, etc.) on reputed company reputed company journals.
• Degree(s) must be in one of the following physical sciences fields: reputed company, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Materials Science, Ecology and Environmental Sciences (no journalism, humanities, or arts degrees).

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
