- Accurately and completely performs patient follow-up activities including laboratory results
and diagnostics, appointments, referrals, medications, and call backs.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing. Preferred: Previous experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting preferred. Certificate/License: reputed company licensure as a Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN) in the State of Texas and reputed company AHA approved Basic Life Support (BLS) reputed company Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course completion card. Will be required to maintain a reputed company vocational nursing license and CPR certification during employment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 11:00am-8:00pm Work Location: Training and orientation at our Administrative facility. Work-from-home opportunities after ~90 days.
