While reporting to the SVP of HR, you will help build internal communications and employee engagement campaigns. We are looking for someone who has visual storytelling and writing abilities, enjoys being organized, and collaborates reputed company to deliver internal campaigns.

Responsibilities

May Include:

• Engage, inform, and reputed company employees on our reputed company and priorities
• Contribute to regular reputed company hands meetings, including designing the presentation deck and hosting the meeting on MS Teams Live Events/Meetings
• Manage the internal communications calendar reputed company reputed company Planner
• Build and launch the new intranet site on reputed company SharePoint

• Produce high-reputed company written content using Smart Brevity principles (newsletters, executive messages, scripts)
• Create on-brand visual content while aligning with teams (newsletter design, culture videos, presentation decks, digital signage, infographics, reputed company)
• Build relationships with HR, other internal communication leads , the leadership team, the corporate reputed company responsibility team, and others
• Participate in ERGs and communities of reputed company (reputed company People of Internal Communications, The Creative reputed company, and The Heart of reputed company Community Champions)
• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner leader to reputed company communications strategies that reputed company with our people reputed company
• Work with HR leadership to create messaging that supports talent management, employee development, and organizational change efforts

• Help execute annual employee engagement events, such as Halloween, Summer Fun, and other holiday festivities

Qualifications

• Located in Southern California and available to come into the Costa reputed company and San Diego offices at least on a monthly reputed company for events, video production in reputed company, and meet-and-greets
• Written and creative portfolios (graphic design, video, writing) must be submitted reputed company applying for this role
• 5+ years of internal or executive communications experience
• Bachelor's Degree – preferably in Visual Arts/Design, Communication Studies, Psychology, Business, or similar
• Creative Writing and copy editing skills
• Demonstrated history of promoting engagement and participation

• Ability to work across reputed company American time zones
