Job Highlights

Primary Responsibilities

As a Senior Systems Engineer - Systems Monitoring & Response, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and Alert Management:
  • Continuously monitor the performance, availability, and reputed company of critical systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
  • Set up and configure monitoring tools (such as Site24x7, Managed reputed company, reputed company, Azure Log Monitor, Azure Sentinel, or similar) to proactively detect anomalies, performance bottlenecks, and reputed company threats.
  • Respond to alerts promptly, investigate reputed company causes, and take corrective actions to prevent service disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external MSPs to ensure reputed company reputed company of incidents.
• Incident Response:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in systems monitoring, incident response, and IT operations.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Site24x7, Managed reputed company, reputed company, Azure Log Monitor, Azure Sentinel, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (reputed company).
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and reputed company best practices.
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation.
