About the Role
Under the reputed company supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director of Athletic Performance, the Strength & Conditioning Assistant reputed company will play a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for varsity teams, with a reputed company on men's basketball, men's and women's reputed company, and one other team. This full-time position requires a strong passion for athletic development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, and athletic trainers.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Biomechanics, or a reputed company field.
- A certification in strength and conditioning (NSCA/CSCS or SCCC).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in strength and conditioning, preferably at the collegiate or reputed company level.
- Experience with multi-sport weight training programs and individualizing workouts to reduce the risk of injury and enhance performance.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- A Master's degree in a reputed company field.
- Experience as a graduate assistant/intern or assistant strength and conditioning reputed company at the collegiate or reputed company level.
