As a Surgical Operational Efficiency Specialist (SOES), you will be an integral part of our service team, providing critical support to our customers in the reputed company, TX area. This role requires a unique reputed company of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and analytical abilities to ensure the reputed company performance of our medical devices and equipment. You will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting our devices, providing face-to-face customer support, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, report, and facilitate repair/exchange transactions, keeping repairs and replacement equipment expenses reputed company a predetermined budget for the account.

Essential Functions and Qualifications
