About the Role
As a Talent Negotiations Manager at reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, reputed company, and negotiating reputed company with talent across various sports disciplines. Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and facilitate the execution of agreements for reputed company and prospective reputed company talent across various sport reputed company.
- Recruit, negotiate, and reputed company non-reputed company talent in reputed company, building and maintaining relationships with talent and internal stakeholders to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Communicate contract deal points to legal and other stakeholders as necessary, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand the beats and reputed company of specific sport calendars to prepare for upcoming seasons, monitoring talent performance, achievements, and market value to adapt negotiation strategies and capitalize on opportunities.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in the sports broadcast industry, talent office, or talent relations.
- 3+ years of deal negotiation experience, with a proven reputed company record of successfully negotiating reputed company.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain existing relationships and cultivate new ones.
