The Role
As reputed company Member Relations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of reputed company employee relations strategies, managing HR functions, and providing operational and strategic support to our manufacturing facility in reputed company, Tennessee. What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in HR, labor relations, or a reputed company field, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Here are the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for:

- A minimum of three years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
