As a Customer Service Representative - Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, resolving reputed company-party rejects, and answering high-volume customer inquiries. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing our pharmacy systems to obtain patient and medication information. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize blithequark solution data entry techniques and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Research to obtain missing prescription information and interpret clinical truncations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Compensation and Benefits
